Team Leader – Meta CTWA Sales Funnel

Frido is a fast-growing D2C brand pioneering comfort and mobility solutions. We thrive on bold
ideas, rapid experimentation, and customer-first innovation. We are now building a Meta Click-to
WhatsApp Sales Funnel Team — and we're looking for a high-agency Team Leader who can take
this from zero to one and scale it into a revenue-driving powerhouse.
What You'll Do
◦ Build Meta Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns from scratch with clear funnel stages
(ad → click → conversation → conversion).
◦ Design journeys and playbooks for different customer personas (first-time buyers,
retargeting, high-value buyers).
◦ Define KPIs like CPL, reply rates, lead quality, and conversion rates.
◦ Hire, train, and lead a team of WhatsApp sales agents and creatives.
◦ Build SOPs for conversation scripts, follow-up cadences, and funnel optimization.
◦ Coach the team on sales psychology, objection handling, and chat etiquette.
◦ Continuously analyze funnel performance (ad copy, targeting, chat-to-sale ratio).
◦ Run experiments on automation vs. human-led chats, creative variations, and
response timings.
◦ Work with marketing and product teams to align offers, creatives, and promotions
with funnel flow.
◦ Scale winning funnels across categories, campaigns, and festive pushes.
