Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Parent Relations Officer located in Ameenpur. The Parent Relations Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include organizing and facilitating parent-teacher interactions, maintaining accurate communication records, and collaborating with the school staff to ensure a seamless parent experience. The role also involves managing queries related to admissions, school policies, and student progress while fostering positive relationships with the parent community.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Ability to manage conflict resolution, problem-solving, and parent engagement
Experience in coordinating events and facilitating parent outreach programs
Organizational skills and attention to detail for effective documentation and record-keeping
Proficiency in using communication tools and basic software like email, MS Office, and other school management systems
Fluency in English and an additional regional language is a plus
A bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or related fields is preferred
