Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.
Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Share project details, features, pricing, and location benefits through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to nurture leads until site visits or sales closure.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.
Support promotional campaigns, marketing events, and exhibitions.
Manage and update CRM systems with lead interactions and follow-ups.
Assist in digital lead management and database maintenance.
Skills & Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
Ability to understand client needs and match them with property options.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and lead tracking.
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales preferred.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
