As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Construction Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, customer-focused professional to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth for our construction and renovation services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the construction and renovation sector

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations

Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Collaborate with the project and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums

Requirements

Proven communication, sales, and negotiation skills

1–2 years of experience in sales, client relations, or immigration services (preferred)

Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to build long-term relationships

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with construction / real estate / immigration sectors will be an asset

Note - Candidates from immigration background or with excellent communication skills preferred .
