Job Title : Accountant

Location – Pune (Local preferred )

Shift time – 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM ( 100% Onsite)

Experience - 6 Months to 3 Years

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Accounting Professional with strong data entry , Tally , and advanced Excel capabilities to support key accounting functions. This role is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and reviewing financial accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and supporting the month-end close and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry and manage financial data with proficiency in Excel and advanced Excel tools (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Prepare, post, and review journal entries to ensure accurate recognition of financial transactions.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Analyze financial transactions and variances , proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
• Prepare accurate and timely cash forecasting statements .
• Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and support internal and external audits .
• Ensure all accounting data and analyses are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant accounting standards and policies.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in financial systems , including Tally , and other desktop applications used by the organization.
• Monitor and manage accounting close responsibilities independently and efficiently.
• Stay up to date with financial accounting and regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to internal policies.
