Job descriptionDesign, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and document libraries based on business requirements. Build user-friendly and scalable solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration for process automation and data visualization. Create reusable templates, web parts, and dashboards to support various departments and projects. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, develop prototypes, and deliver tailored SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Diagnose and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and access. Support end-users with SharePoint-related queries, permissions, and workflow errors. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues. Document system configurations, workflows, and technical procedures for future & Continuous Improvement : Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and project managers to deliver effective solutions. Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for end-users. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 and Power Platform updates, tools, and best practices to improve system capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), and SharePoint Designer. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, permissions, document management, and custom workflows. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SharePoint and Power Platform environments. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, CAML, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting is an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple priorities.

SharePoint Administration & Management :
- Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premises environments, including sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability, reliability, and scalability of SharePoint environments.
- Manage SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and patching, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain governance policies, permissions, and security standards.
