Key Deliverables

Design Genesys-based contact center solutions tailored to client requirements
Deliver implementation documentation, training materials, and system configurations
Lead discovery sessions and best-practice consultations with clients
Provide go-live and QA / UAT support to ensure successful deployment

Role Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to capture and analyze contact center needs

Guide solution architecture and support engineering during configuration

Facilitate testing, training, and optimization of deployed solutions

Maintain project documentation and assist in internal process improvements

Skills Required

Microsoft Visio, contact center design, Genesys, customer journey mapping
