Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and onboard strong clients in the recruitment and HR domain.
- Take complete ownership of business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the delivery / recruitment team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive aggressive business targets and consistently achieve / exceed them.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and presentations across Delhi NCR.
- Contribute actively towards expansion strategies and organizational growth.
Requirements
Exp-3yrs+ in client acquisition a mix of both IT and Non-IT clientsMust have onboarded 2000+ employee strength clientsProven track record in Business Development / Client Acquisition (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services).Strong network of clients or the ability to bring in immediate client opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and accountability.Open to client visits across Delhi NCR and occasional office presence (1–2 times a week).Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
