Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, build, and onboard strong clients in the recruitment and HR domain.
2. Take complete ownership of business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships.
4. Coordinate seamlessly with the delivery / recruitment team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
5. Drive aggressive business targets and consistently achieve / exceed them.
6. Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and presentations across Delhi NCR.
7. Contribute actively towards expansion strategies and organizational growth.
