About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Onboarding & Retention Associate to join our affiliate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new brands, managing client relationships, and ensuring long-term retention. You will primarily work with clients in E-commerce and BFSI domains , helping them scale through CPS, CPA, and CPL performance models .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and activate new clients / brands who require affiliate campaign services.
- Work closely with advertisers to understand their performance marketing goals and design effective affiliate campaigns.
- Manage and grow client accounts by ensuring high campaign performance and ROI delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPS, CPA, CPL) and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (publisher management, operations, and analytics) to drive client success.
- Provide regular campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Client Servicing / Performance Marketing .Strong understanding of CPS, CPA, CPL models and affiliate campaign dynamics.Experience working with E-commerce and BFSI brands is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.Proactive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Note- Interested candidates can share cv at
