- Provide exceptional support to customers through chat, resolving queries promptly and efficiently.
- Handle 4-5 concurrent chats while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards during interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements :
Education : Graduate in any discipline.Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat support.Proven ability to handle 4-5 chat concurrency effectively.Skills Required
