Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer support or related field.Excellent written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Familiarity with chat support software and CRM tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously.Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Skills Required
