Junior Site Engineer (Architecture & Interior Projects)

Are you passionate about on-site delivery and have experience overseeing both architectural and interior projects?

We’re looking for a Junior Site Engineer in Chennai who can manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate technical execution, and ensure design intent is realized across architecture + interior projects in a dynamic, design-driven firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site execution of architecture and interior projects : monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and maintaining adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects / designers, structural / MEP consultants, contractors and vendors to resolve technical and coordination issues on site.
• Interpret design drawings & specifications, issue site instructions, manage site changes and ensure they reflect design intent.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards, site protocols, material quality and workmanship.
• Maintain site documentation : daily logs, progress reports, site measurement sheets, and hand-over checklists.
• Assist in material / shop drawing review, site measurement verification, and vendor / subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections, report deviations and recommend corrective actions in consultation with the project team.

Location : T-Nagar, Chennai

Working days : Monday - Saturday (10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM)
