Interior Tendering Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Tendering & Estimation

• Study architectural and interior drawings, scope of work, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material requirement sheets.
• Prepare cost estimates including material, labour, subcontracting, and overheads.
• Float enquiries to vendors / subcontractors and obtain quotations.
• Prepare comparative statements and finalize rates based on market analysis.
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids in line with tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, clauses, and timelines.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to verify feasibility and cost accuracy.
