About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer with solid experience in handling residential and commercial construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities coordinating between the office and site teams ensuring quality control and maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Identify discrepancies or practical issues in drawings and report corrections to the office team .
• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans and timelines.
• Manage labour teams subcontractors and vendors effectively to achieve targets.
• Monitor and evaluate quality and quantity of work done at site.
• Conduct measurement and verification of completed works for billing and reporting.
• Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage at site.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly progress reports with the management and office.
• Maintain site records labour attendance material receipts consumption logs etc.
• Coordinate with the procurement and accounts teams for material requirements and payment updates.
• Ensure all safety measures and site protocols are followed.
• Represent the company on-site with professionalism and accountability.
