Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Junior Architect located in Kochi. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the architectural design process, developing project plans, collaborating with other team members, and ensuring projects meet client specifications and budgets. Other day-to-day tasks will include preparing detailed drawings, conducting site visits, and communicating with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within budget constraints
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience with CAD software is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Kochi
