Real Estate Agent helps clients buy, sell, and rent properties by advising on market conditions, marketing listings, showing properties, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the closing process. Key Responsibilities

Client Counseling & Representation :

Counsel clients on market prices and conditions, represent their interests in transactions, and help them understand mortgages and financing.

Property Marketing :

Create property listings, promote them through ads and open houses, take photos, and use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to market properties.

Showings & Tours :

Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers and renters.

Negotiation :

Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for clients.

Documentation :

Prepare and review necessary documents, including purchase agreements, rental agreements, and deeds.

Market Research :

Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and identify market trends.

Client & Network Building :

Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, mortgage lenders, and other industry professionals.

Essential Qualifications

Real Estate License : A valid state-issued real estate license is a mandatory requirement.

Education : Typically a high school diploma or equivalent is needed.
