Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights and answer critical business questions (acquisition, retention, LTV, etc.) for key clients
• Monitor, optimise, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results. Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
• Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve our underlying data infrastructure
• Analyse, forecast, and build custom reports to make key performance indicators and insights available to the entire company
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests including prioritisation and delivery of reports and insights to meet stakeholders needs
• In this role you would be an individual contributor and will also be leading a team of other analysts with size of 3-5 people
