Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Having equivalent experience of years :
- University graduate in business or related field
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of current technology trends and best practices.
- Good experience with Word, Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge in the area of requirements definition and software development lifecycle methodology (Agile / Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of business.
- Individuals should be self-motivated and flexible.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate, multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines.
- Understanding of CBS products (Loans, Treasury, Derivative, Deposits, Funds Transfer, Export / Import, Accounting / Information, Common Function)
- Evaluate business processes and collate all the business requirements across multiple global teams.
- Closely work with the Regional Operations team to create a road map for regional system implementation.
- Take initiative in bringing Operational efficiencies through various available system tools.
- Support to prepare BRD, user manual and conduct training to the stakeholder.
- Monitor and control system implementation during multiple project phases from the Business side.
- Maintain project related data repository and prepare business process documentation.
- Work on System Investment budget tasks such as budget securing, monitoring, project prioritising, budget controlling, and coordination with related Divisions in MUFG.
- Strong hands-on data management and presentation to the management on a regular basis.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings and status updates on a regular basis.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to Regional Operations team, cross-functional team in India including management.
- Follow up with the stakeholder and ensure planned timelines are met.
- Drive the meetings and provide the Minutes and action items
