Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage our financial operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Create and manage international client export invoices, taking into account various tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate financial reporting, adhering to GAAP standards.
• Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing with utmost precision and attention to detail.
• Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT / ITES compliance, ensuring seamless audit processes.
• Oversight of month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation, guaranteeing statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
