Senior Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and owning the fixed assets and intangible assets ledger as well as building out the Fixed asset module in Sage Intacct.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, including experience with financial reporting, Sage Intacct, and its workflows.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Maintain and own the fixed assets and intangible assets ledger.
• Build out the Fixed asset module in Sage Intacct.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly COGS reporting and analysis.
• Administer invoice templates, vendors, customer records, project costing, payment approval process, inventory, financial planning and analysis module etc.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of year-end audits by preparing required schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Provide process improvement suggestions and support those initiatives across various finance functions.
