Strong negotiation skills

Purchase Order Accuracy : Monitor the accuracy of purchase orders to reduce errors and streamline the procurement process.

Purchase Cycle Time : Monitor the time taken from requisition to purchase order completion to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Supplier Performance : Evaluate the performance of suppliers based on factors like on-time delivery, quality of goods, and responsiveness to issues.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) : Evaluate the strength and effectiveness of relationships with key suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.

Risk Management : Assess the ability to identify and mitigate risks related to procurement, such as supply chain disruptions or changes in market conditions.
