Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Purchase Specialist. The Purchase Specialist will be responsible for overseeing purchasing processes, managing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role will require analyzing market trends, maintaining cost efficiency, and adhering to budgetary guidelines. The Purchase Specialist will work collaboratively with the team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchasing strategies
• Candidate should be available for interview in bangalore
• Candidate should have experience in construction field is must
• Candidate should have knowledge about construction related materials
• Experience handling Purchase Orders and maintaining procurement documentation
• Well-developed Analytical Skills for market analysis and decision-making
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
• Minimum experience required 2-3 years only .
