Job descriptionManage airline partnerships and negotiate special fares, commissions, and seat allotments. Develop relationships with carriers and consolidators to optimize flight supply. Ensure seamless integration of flight inventory into company systems. Conceptualize and develop innovative travel products / packages combining hotels, flights, and experiences. Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to enhance product portfolio. Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product launches. Experience : 3–6 years in supply management, hotel contracting, airline contracting, or travel product development. Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. Excellent industry connections with hotels, DMCs, and airline partners. Proven track record of creating and managing profitable travel products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholder coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
