Requirements :

• The Senior Cutover Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all cutover activities for a large-scale SAP S / 4HANA Greenfield implementation. This role ensures a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new SAP environment, minimizing business disruption and ensuring operational readiness.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the

• , plan, and detailed runbooks - Lead
• mock cutovers
• , dry runs, and go-live rehearsals - Coordinate across
• functional, technical, and business teams
• to identify cutover tasks and dependencies - Establish and manage a
• cutover command center
• during go-live - Track
• cutover readiness
• , escalate risks, and ensure mitigation plans are in place - Ensure
• data migration, system validation, and business continuity
• are aligned with go-live timelines
• Collaborate with
• project managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders
• to ensure alignment
• Provide
• post-cutover support
• and stabilization planning
• Required Skills : Experience | 8–10+ years in SAP cutover roles; 2+ full-cycle S / 4HANA implementations | | Methodology | Deep understanding of Greenfield deployment strategies | | Leadership | Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams under pressure | | Technical Knowledge | Strong grasp of SAP modules (especially Finance), data migration, and system integration | | Communication | Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills | | Tools | Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent tools
