Practice Lead

1. Strategic Leadership & Practice Development

Define and drive the overall

strategy, roadmap, and growth

of the MDR, CES, and MSSP lines of business (LOB).

Develop

service offerings, frameworks, and best practices

to enhance security operations and service delivery.

Collaborate with

senior leadership and stakeholders

to align cybersecurity services with business goals.

Identify

market trends, emerging threats, and technology advancements

to ensure continuous improvement.

2. Security Operations & Threat Management

Oversee the

Security Operations Center (SOC) , ensuring 24 / 7 monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.

Lead

incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations

to mitigate cyber risks.

Implement and optimize

SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence

solutions.

Ensure adherence to security frameworks like

MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001 .

3. Client Engagement & Service Delivery

Manage client relationships, understand their security needs, and customize MDR / MSSP / CES solutions.

Ensure

service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

are met.

Provide

cybersecurity consulting, risk assessments, and compliance support

for clients.

Support

pre-sales, proposals, and RFP responses

to expand the cybersecurity practice.

4. Compliance, Governance, & Risk Management

Ensure cybersecurity services align with industry

regulations and standards

(GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).

Conduct

regular audits, security assessments, and risk analysis

to improve service quality.

Develop and enforce

security policies, procedures, and governance models .

5. Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and manage

cybersecurity teams , including SOC analysts, incident responders, and engineers.

Provide

training and upskilling

programs to enhance technical expertise within the team.

Foster a

collaborative, high-performance culture

within the security practice.

6. Technology & Innovation

Evaluate and implement

cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and technologies .

Develop

automation and AI-driven security operations

to improve efficiency.

Drive

continuous innovation

in MDR, CES, and MSSP services to stay ahead of evolving threats.
