SAP Practice Head (Immediate Joiners)

About the Role

Lead and scale the SAP Practice at AdamasTech, drive innovation on SAP BTP, manage large-scale transformation programs, and represent the company in strategic client engagements and SAP forums.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP CoE across functional and technical domains : S / 4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE, GROW with SAP.

Build frameworks, accelerators, PoCs, and reusable components.

Drive BTP innovation (Fiori, CAP, Integration Suite, Event Mesh, Work Zone).

Mentor and scale a specialized SAP / BTP team.

Provide delivery governance and manage escalations for global programs.

Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement.

Develop SAP offerings, accelerators, and industry templates.

Represent AdamasTech in SAP forums and contribute to thought leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

16–18 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in leadership / practice head roles.

Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA implementations, BTP architecture, and consulting.

Strong track record in building teams, delivery management, and strategic client engagement.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering, IT, or related field.

Must-have :

SAP S / 4HANA, RISE / GROW Enablement, PMI / PMP / PgMP or Agile Certification.

Preferred :

TOGAF, SAP BTP Architect, SAP Activate, Fiori UX, SuccessFactors, MDG.
