About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary

Capability Lead – Databricks

to join our Data business leadership team. This strategic role is focused on building and scaling our Databricks capability, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-impact data and AI / ML solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients, delivery teams, and technology partners to shape our Lakehouse strategy and lead innovation across engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance Databricks-based offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks

Lead solution architecture for proposals, RFPs, and strategic pursuits

Provide technical oversight on Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and Structured Streaming

Guide delivery teams on best practices, CI / CD, and performance optimization

Build and mentor a high-performing Databricks talent pool

Partner with sales and pre-sales to position Databricks solutions

Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and innovation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

12–15 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI / ML

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Databricks

Deep expertise in Spark, Delta Lake, Python / Scala, SQL, and orchestration tools

Experience with MLOps, Unity Catalog, Feature Store, and model lifecycle management

Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integrations and BI tools

Strong background in solution architecture, presales, and stakeholder engagement

GCP / AWS / Azure certifications preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Prior experience in IT consulting or technology services
