Job Title : SAP Practice Manager-MM / WM

Job Overview :

As the SAP Practice Manager, you will lead and drive our SAP SCM practice, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing a team of SAP professionals, and fostering relationships with clients to transform their business process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Management :
• Oversee the SAP practice operations in MM / WM, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects.
• Lead, mentor, and build a team of SAP consultants and specialist.
• Conduct Trainings and Interviews
• Strategy and Development :
• Develop and implement practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market trends and emerging needs to enhance service offerings.
• Client Engagement and Delivery :
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction through quality delivery.
• Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for client issues.
• Individual delivery contribution of minimum 75%.
• Business Development :
• Support sales teams in pre-sales activities.
• Participate in business development presentations and client meetings as needed.
• Financial Management :
• Manage the SAP practice budget, including forecasting, allocation, and Utilisation
