We are looking for : Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
- Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation.
- Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications :
2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools / ATS.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
