Job Summary :

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for all guests and clients at our venue. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every client and their guests have a memorable and smooth experience, from their first inquiry through to the event day. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage client inquiries, venue tours, and consultations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for couples and their families during the planning process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, etc.) to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Resolve any guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  • Assist with pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and details using the venue’s CRM system.
  • Stay informed about wedding trends and best practices in guest services.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or guest relations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A strong eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
