We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date.
• Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and new hire orientation.
• Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
