Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-15 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management. Strong knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems. Experience in project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in SQL and data management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation and management, with a proven track record of optimizing business processes through technology.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ERP systems according to business requirements.
- Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and customize solutions.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP integration.
- Manage data migration and ensure data integrity within the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
