Key Responsibilities :
- Lead daily operations and support for Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management systems.
- Engage with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Oracle and SAP, to maintain seamless ERP integration.
- Apply technical expertise in SQL and PL / SQL to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality.
- Facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of system capabilities and business requirements.
- Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during Oracle GTM rollouts and effectively report out to leadership team.
- Analyse data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions.
- Lead or support TMS and GTMS upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
Professional Experience / Qualifications :
Over 10 years of experience in IT ERP Implementation or related roles.At least 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions.Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.Experience in Transportation management and Global Trade Management modules necessary.Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL / SQL for system analysis and enhancement.Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud GTM and associated modules.Familiarity with SAP Functions and background in multiple SAP Implementations (SD, PP, MM etc).Experience integrating GTM with multiple ERP platforms is highly desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment.BENEFITS (Auto appended to US requisitions posted in Talent Hub) :
