Thought Frameworks - Enterprise Systems Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• The Digital Lead will be responsible for overseeing the OTC (Order to Cash), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process from a digital perspective
• This role involves supporting key financial components from ERP source to Finance & Treasury target system
• Digital transformation and optimization of the OTC processes within our shared services organization.
• This role involves managing the design, configuration, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance order processing, billing, and collections.
• The individual must be a strategic thinker, capable of driving process improvements and ensuring alignment with business :
• 3 - 7 years of previous experience :
• Deploying and supporting Central Finance (CFIN) and ERP / JDE / Oracle environments.
• Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN); understanding of integration with other ERP modules in JDE, Oracle, SAP environments.
• Understanding of Corporate Finance Processes supported by Central Finance such as central payments, open item management, credit management, and shared services.
• The ability to excel in a global team environment, effectively communicate and achieve results is and Competencies Skills :
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively work with limited oversight.
• Experience leading architecture for M&A activities or digital separations highly desired
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
