Little Muffet is an online-first kids-wear brand that designs and manufactures trendy ethnic and occasion clothing for children. With a focus on craftsmanship, personalisation, and customer delight, we serve families across India and worldwide.

Location :

Vile Parle East, Mumbai (In-office only)

Work Schedule :

Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 7PM

CTC : ₹10 LPA (up to)

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer queries via Email, WhatsApp & Instagram
  • Assist with orders, returns, and product inquiries
  • Resolve issues calmly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain clear communication and keep records of interactions
  • Manage the team to make sure customers are replied to instantly
  • Monitoring replies to make sure we are polite and the replies are actually helping the customers

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) & Hindi (speaking).
  • Polite, problem-solver, and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Interest in fashion is a plus.
