About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Client Growth Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and consistent post-implementation support.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and strategic engagement.
- Understand client goals and align our client’s solutions to meet their engagement and business objectives.
Upselling & Revenue Growth
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new features, modules, or engagement packages.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create tailored engagement proposals.Achieve or exceed quarterly upselling and renewal targets.Account Retention & Reporting
Track and analyze client usage patterns, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.Proactively resolve client issues to ensure retention and renewal success.Maintain accurate CRM records with detailed notes and opportunity tracking.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and implemented.Contribute to developing client success stories and case studies.Requirements
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales (preferably in SaaS or B2B industries).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and foster long-term relationships.Target-oriented with a proactive, persuasive approach to upselling.Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho is an advantage.Passionate about employee engagement, technology, and creating meaningful client experiences.Interested candidates kindly share your updated resume to anushka@adeptglobal.com
