Technical Solutions Specialist

Job descriptionShould hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field Should have 5+ years of experience as Technical Analyst or similar role with hands-on ERP experience Should have a strong understanding of ERP Item Master concepts including attributes and categories Should have experience with Oracle R12, SAP or other ERP platforms Familiarity with Product Data Hub PDH, PLM or MDM systems is a plus Should have excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills
For organizations seeking to optimize data management across multiple platforms, we are looking for a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Analyzing and troubleshooting item-related issues across enterprise resource planning systems and integrated platforms
- Supporting data migration, cleansing and enrichment activities during system upgrades or implementations
- Participating in user acceptance testing, system testing and production deployments related to item data changes
- Working closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between authoring systems and transactional systems
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are running smoothly. If you have hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong analytical skills, this could be the perfect opportunity.
