Technical Visionary Role

Key Responsibilities :
Foster a culture of innovation, driving the evolution of our stablecoin infrastructure and networks.
Lead a high-performing engineering team, focusing on collaboration, ownership, and technical excellence.
Develop and maintain scalable systems, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality code.
Champion secure coding practices, smart contract audits, and platform uptime.
Cultivate close relationships with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with company objectives.
Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in the crypto ecosystem and introduce solutions that propel us forward.

Required Qualifications :

6+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in Web3 or DeFi experience.

Proficiency in Solidity and EVM, with bonus points for Rust, zk, or Cosmos SDK expertise.

Extensive experience integrating with DeFi platforms, including staking, liquidity pools, CDPs, and yield aggregation.

Strong understanding of infrastructure, including AWS, Vercel, and Microsoft Azure.

Proven ability to lead small, globally distributed teams and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with compliance and regulatory technology, including KYC, AML, and on-chain forensics.

Contributions to open-source projects in the Web3 space.

Knowledge of stablecoin design models, including collateralized, algorithmic, and hybrid approaches.
