Configuration Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing technical support, system administration, and configuration expertise for Veeva Vault applications.

• Job Responsibilities :
• Provide first- and second-level technical support for Veeva Vault users, diagnosing and resolving application-related issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Veeva support to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Manage user access permissions and security settings within Veeva Vault.
• Assist in system configurations, workflows, and metadata updates as needed.
• Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
• Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency with Veeva Vault.
• Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation of the Veeva Vault platform.
• Recommend and implement best practices for system utilization and compliance.
• Required Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, and application support.
• Veeva Vault experience, preferably with modules QualityDocs, PromoMats, eTMF, RIM, and QMS.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault platform administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, and basic scripting familiarity.
• GxP 21 CFR Part 11 validation requirements and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
