Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Content Strategist

who can shape and lead our content strategy to strengthen Mentor Match’s brand presence, drive engagement, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands education, parent psychology, and digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and sales goals.

Create engaging content for

parents, students, and partners

, including blogs, social media posts, emails, newsletters, website copy, and video scripts.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.

Plan and manage content calendars to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives.

Research and identify trending topics in

education, parenting, and mentorship

to create relevant, value-driven content.

Optimize content for SEO and performance tracking using analytics tools.

Repurpose existing content into various formats (reels, blog snippets, guides, etc.) to maximize reach.

Support brand storytelling by capturing success stories, testimonials, and community highlights.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or brand communications (preferably in edtech or parenting-focused brands).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content analytics.

Experience with SEO tools and AI-based content tools is a plus.

Creative thinker with strong storytelling and audience empathy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
