About the Role

At Admire Infra and Merchandise Private Limited (PICKD India),w e’re seeking a Brand Growth & Story Strategist, a thinker, storyteller, and strategist who can shape how brands communicate, grow, and engage with audiences. You’ll be the brain behind the brand narrative, guiding creative teams with clarity, insight, and direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand positioning, narratives, and storytelling frameworks .
• Conduct brand research, competitor analysis , and identify white spaces for differentiation.
• Design brand strategy documents, growth roadmaps, and activation plans .
• Work closely with the creative team to align social media strategy, campaigns, and content with the brand’s identity.
• Create mood boards, tone-of-voice guidelines, and brand story decks .
• Conceptualize and plan ad campaigns, brand launches, and digital activations.
• Conduct brand workshops and brainstorming sessions with internal and client teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide creative improvement strategies.
