Job Description

• Automation Development & Design
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on relevant experience in developing solutions using Power Automate.
• Build reusable components and follow best practices for scalable, maintainable automation.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade automations and frameworks.
• Technical Proficiency
• Strong RPA background with a solid understanding of UI automation and background automation techniques.
• Integrate automations with APIs, Databases, and legacy systems.
• Implement robust logging and error-handling mechanisms to ensure reliability and traceability.
• Work with Work Queues and implement multi-bot architecture for optimized process execution.
• Handle data manipulation using Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace automation (e.g., Google Sheets, GDrive, Gmail).
• Leverage the Microsoft ecosystem effectively, including Office 365, Azure Cloud, and Power Platform tools.
• Good experience with premium connectors and custom connectors.
• Emerging Technologies
• Awareness of Agentic Automation trends (autonomous agents capable of dynamic decision-making).
• Soft Skills & Collaboration
• Strong communication and documentation skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
