BMC Atrium Workflow Automation Engineer

Requirements

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled BMC Atrium Workflow Automation Engineer . The ideal

candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining BMC

Atrium workflow automation solutions. The candidate should have a strong

understanding of BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, and other related BMC

technologies.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement BMC Atrium workflow automation solutions to

meet business requirements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient

workflow automation processes

Configure and customize BMC Atrium CMDB and Atrium Orchestrator to automate

IT processes

Provide technical expertise and support for BMC Atrium workflow automation

initiatives

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Atrium workflow automation

solutions

Document workflows, processes, and configurations

Requirements :

3-4 year experience in designing and implementing BMC Atrium workflow

automation solutions

Strong knowledge of BMC Atrium CMDB, Atrium Orchestrator, and related BMC

technologies

Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting , xml, JavaScript, SQL and

webservice

Experience with IT service management and IT operations management

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

BMC Atrium certifications are a plus
