Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Engineer to join our Automation Practice. This role requires hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and efficient process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents), RPA tools, and cloud integration frameworks.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate business workflows across various domains such as Finance, HR, Customer Service, and Operations. Ideal candidates will have deep technical expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, an automation-first mindset, and experience integrating enterprise applications via APIs and custom connectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
• Architect and implement reusable, secure, and scalable automation solutions with robust error-handling, logging, and monitoring capabilities.
• Create custom applications and conversational agents using Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents.
• Develop end-to-end automation strategies aligned with business process reengineering goals.
• Integrate Power Platform with enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow) using custom connectors, APIs, and Azure services.
• Leverage RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism for broader automation use cases.
• Utilize CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps) to manage code lifecycle and deployments.
• Work with structured and unstructured data sources using SQL Server, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure SQL.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Incorporate AI / GenAI capabilities into automation flows where applicable (e.g., AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or agentic workflows).
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and security best practices in all automated solutions.
