Job Title : Test Engineer (Automation)

Location : Hyderabad - HiTec City (Near to Cyber Towers)

Job Mode - Work from Office | Monday to Friday (Morning Shift)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Engineer (Automation) to join our dynamic QA

team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, with a focus on

automation, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test

scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using testing tools and

frameworks.

Design and implement automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and mobile

applications.

Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to understand product

requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

Identify, document, and track software defects in a bug tracking system.

Perform regression testing to ensure previously developed and tested software still

performs after a change.

Monitor automated test results, analyze failures, and provide detailed reports on findings.

Continuously improve automation frameworks to support scalability, stability, and

reliability.

Participate in code reviews to ensure automation standards are being met.

Provide input on QA best practices, tools, and frameworks to optimize the testing

process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product quality and improve release

processes.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automation (4+ years preferred).

Proficiency in one or more programming / scripting languages such as Java, Python,

JavaScript, or C#.

Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or

similar.

Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) tools like

Jenkins, Git, or Bamboo.

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience testing APIs and using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
