Job Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our admissions team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing information about our programs, and helping generate interest and leads for enrolment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead lists
- Explain course details, admission process, fees, and scholarship options clearly and confidently
- Handle inbound queries and provide prompt, accurate information
- Follow up with interested leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates
- Record call outcomes and maintain detailed records in CRM or call logs
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to schedule follow-up sessions
- Share feedback from calls to improve outreach strategies
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and reporting expectations
Requirements :
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); a graduate degree is preferred1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in education or customer serviceExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or Marathi, if needed)Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking styleBasic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or lead management softwareAbility to handle pressure, objections, and follow call scripts when neededPositive attitude and willingness to learnPreferred :
Experience in calling for educational institutions, coaching centres, or training programsUnderstanding of student behaviour and basic counselling etiquetteSkills Required
