About the role
You will support day-to-day HR operations including employee documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance & leave tracking, and HR communications across the properties.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and manage daily HR correspondence (emails, notices, memos, letters)
- Coordinate interviews, candidate scheduling, and feedback tracking
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and induction plans
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Support payroll inputs
- Coordinate training calendars
- Handle HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; basic HRIS exposure preferredOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlinesPrior hospitality experience is an advantage (front office / HR / operations exposure welcome)Salary : INR 25000 - 30000 based on experience.Send your resume via WhatsApp to 8329898091.
