Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Administrator. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for various tasks including managing HR functions, benefits administration, overseeing HR management processes, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves facilitating effective communication between the company and its employees, as well as supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or apparel industry is a plus
