Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Skills in Administrative Management and overseeing efficient daily operations
• Expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Experience with conducting Performance Appraisals and supporting employee development
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in logistics or related industries is a plus
